Because the census bureau didn't notice `all the jumps'! They think the
videotape is real. Fortunately, Otto saw the videotape, and being the expert
on what's real and what isn't like he is......he saw `all the jumps'!


He can't see the employment opportunities that exist right across the street
from his section 8 hovel.......but he can see `all the jumps' in a videotape
from one of his leftwing bomb-throwing web sites!
