In the cases I've heard recently, it's actually been the cities that are =
doing the harassing, trying to limit the size of services to = ridiculously
low numbers (70 people in a church built for 700 person = services,
etc...)=20

AFIAK, the Oregon Constitution has Religious Freedom written into it. =20
