Make that CA2PGN3.ZIP -- CA to PGN.
I also just hatched to the satellite (Filebone/FileGate):
CBA16.ZIP -- CBASCII for MS-DOS. Converts CB to PGN and back.  Faster
             than CB2PGN, but a little more picky.
CBA3216.ZIP -- Windows version of the above.
Both are freq'able here, as are any other files I announce here.  They're

available on ftp.pitt.edu under group/chess/CONV, or by Web:
