I was using Ontario as the guidelines when I made that statement. Class time 
at
Centennial is 30 hours per week (give or take) for about 9 months. working 
ut
to approximately 1100 hours. The clinicals add up to about 100 hours, and the
_minimum_ co-op time is 300 hours or so if I remember right. That adds up to
1500. Granted, most people do far more co-op time than is needed, but I was
referring to required, not actual times.
As for reciprocity with other provinces, I don't have a clue. Given that the
course has been modified this year, all the people I know who could have
answered that question aren't sure anymore. A more important question would 
e
reciprocity with the States, since they work on an entirely different system.
