  It's really weird. I can't get a "handle" on BP at all. You can lie
down and think nice thoughts, and then get a high reading, or let
yourself lose your temper, and read low. 

  And to make it worse, if you panic and try to put it down, it
*really* goes up! So far, the only control I've got is to get upset
because it's too high... in which case it goes even higher. I'm still
trying to do the reverse, and not give a damn.
