I appreciate the offer. But if I'm without netmail and echomail
for a week at a time, even taking care of violations and warnings
could not be done in a timely manner.  Moderations need to come
immediately after the offense before something snowballs.  I honestly
feel my (or rather this net's) situation is not worth continuing
as moderator.
