    Shell pulls more staff in Nigeria (Reuters)

Reuters - Royal Dutch/Shell Group  said on Saturday it had withdrawn its
 staff from its EA oilfield in Nigeria, closing 115,000 bpd of crude
 output after a series of attacks by militants against oil facilities in
 the Niger Delta.

AP - Gas station owners in many parts of the United States are buying
 fuel at some of the lowest prices they've seen in a year, yet many are
 padding their bottom lines rather than passing along all the savings to
