I now believe it is a Y2K problem with the BBS software itself.  Only in
Echomail areas.  When I post an outgoing echomail, the date shows up as 118
instead of 18.  This only happens in the echomail areas.  Netmail shows 18 as
it should and is processed by XMAIL and sent out.

Does anyone have any idea how to get in touch with the owners of Excelsior?  I
have tried every link and email address I could find with no luck.
