Heya guys,
there is a guy on the web who makes a freeware ftp server called war ftp.
He also makes a freeware dos commandline email mailing program.
I guess this could help you accomplish your task as a batch file
could be used. The reason i told you about the ftp server is you will have to
do a search on it to find the guys home page, i cant remember the url.
