We had a suggestion box at work that we invented and it worked much the
same way.  It was a large cardboard box without a botton and all
suggestions placed in it went unimpeded unto the garbage can below.  It was
good for a few laughs.

Customer service is very good at some places. and you experience little if
no trouble getting at them.

That was a robot.  (-:  And yes, that is a surprise.

Good grief!
