True.  I guess the player would rather play today, with even the slim
possiblity of having the suspension overturned, than go ahead and sit out
the games.  But I agree that the whole appeal process is a waste of time
if every suspension is upheld...
... It seems a shame to waste your time on me -R.E.M.
