JE>-=> Quoting Marilee Miller to Jessica Edwards <=- JE> JE> Marilee, JE> JE> You can use the above napkin to make a really pretty envelope. If JE> JE> you get the Creative_Arts echo, you should have been able to snatch JE> JE> my envelope making instructions a few days ago. If not, I'll upload JE> JE> it again in a couple of days. Just don't use the napkin yet. JE> MM> Yes, I did happen to see that post. Is that the stuff called JE> MM> "Hunter's locker paper" that is for sale in one of our grocery JE> MM> stores at the meat counter. Or something else. Obviously it must JE> MM> have a waxy or meltable finish on it! JE>The freezer paper is Reynolds Freezer paper 150sq.ft. You can ask JE>your grocer if Hunter's Locker paper is the same thing. Reynolds JE>freezer paper has a plastic coating on it and the plastic/waxy JE>coating is the side you iron onto the napkins. JE> JE> mmmmm, wonder if you take that to kinkos and see if they can make it JE> JE> into a color pix for you to use in maybe putting on a t-shirt or JE> JE> something? JE> MM> I don't have a Kinko's here. Can they really make a color picture JE> MM> from a crummy b&w? One of these days I'll have to see what I can come JE> MM> up with, drizzling some paint from wires or something, and see if I can JE> MM> get the effect. Yes Oregan does have several towns with Kinko's . Portland has two, Beavertown has one and Eugene has one and there is two other towns that have them. The only way you can get a color copy of a b/w photo is to do a solid color such as any color in the pallete the machine has. you are suppose to be able to make a transparency of magenta , yellow cyan and black and get your photo able to come out color . But I have not gotten that to work yet. If you need exact addresses for the above stores let me know. I work for Kinko's in ST. Louis. I can also get the phone numbers for you. Soon you will be able to send things through your color orders thru your modem and us do it and send the hard copies where ever you want them to go. Not trying to be a no it all. But I have worked the color department now for two years and six months. I know the machines as well as the back of my hands. Have a good day and keep on crafting.
