There's a big problem here. I don't know what its like other places, but out
here in California medical personnel will deliberately falsify the medical
status of an illegal alien, for the purpose of getting them out of a
deportation situation, get a medical situation *covered* under existing rules,
and it is not unusual for doctors to falsify a birth certificate to show a
baby of an illegal alien mother was born in the US hospital where the Border
Patrol took the mother who had just had a baby in-transit from Mexico to the
US.


It is not unusual for Mexican women to come to the US in a group of illegal
aliens with a new-born baby she actually had in Tijuana, once in the US get
herself taken to a US hospital, and a doctor in the US hospital issue a birth
certificate for that baby asserting it was born in the US....even *in* that
hospital. Deliberately lie about it! This isn't a `once in a blue moon' thing,
this is pretty much the *norm* out here!


So......with people who lie in *that* area........what makes anyone think they
will not lie under the *new* system?
