All Fido messages have these hidden lines in them.

No...my node is listed because I subscribe to this echo. If I were to drop
it, my node wouldn't be there anymore. This ensures that the possiblities
of dupe messages being imported to the echo will be at a minimum.

This is you new origin line. It appears at the end of your messages.

The above are called SEEN-BY lines, indicating all of the nodes who
receive this echo. These are hidden lines that you won't normally see.

 CH> {at}PATH: 3828/7 140/1 123/500

This is the path in which your message came to me. There's you as a point
at 3838/7.2 in the header and origin line, your uplink at 3828/7 and his
uplink at 140/1 and then there is 140/1's peer on the backbone, 123/500,
from whom I get my mail.
