Las Brisas is on Texas Highway 46. It's between Seguin and New Braunfels,
on the river side. Closer to Seguin. Both of these cities are near San
Antonio and I-10 runs between them.

I avoid both cities like the plague, as I do San Antonio. Living in the
big city isn't my idea of retirement (although for medical treatment, they
can't be beat). When I have no other choice but to go through them, I
prefer FW to Dallas. The traffic congestion seems to be less on I-35w than
it is on I-35e...

Frankly, I can think of better places to live than either FW or Dallas.
Which is why we don't live there.
