I think it's the way they are raised and handled -- Remember how unruly
Tuffy was when we first got him way back when?? That's when I first started
reading and writing in EQUUS.
Well, Tuffy is the most gentle, nicest, sweetest pony now you ever want
o
see ...... his bad behavior that he had when we got him was caused by all the
abuse he got before he came to us here at Byte Size Estates - that changed
with
a lot of love and attention!
Of course Tuffy isn't a true Shetland I don't think -- but he's
efinately
of Shetland stock ..... maybe that makes a difference -- donno' ....
