    McDonald's sued for having milk, wheat in fries-WSJ (Reuters)

Reuters - McDonald's Corp.  faces at least three lawsuits claiming the
 fast-food giant misled the public after it acknowledged earlier this
 week its French fries contain milk and wheat ingredients, the Wall
 Street Journal Online reported on Sunday.

    Tokyo bourse says may delist Livedoor (Reuters)

Reuters - Internet company Livedoor Co. (4753.T) may be delisted from
 the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) if its former chief executive is
 arrested again over fresh suspicions, the bourse's president said on
 Monday.

    Philips cancels $700 mln Dell contract (Reuters)

Reuters - Philips Electronics  said on Monday it had canceled a global
 computer-management programme with U.S. computer maker Dell  which was
 estimated to be worth up to $700 million over five years.

    Nikkei hits 4-week low as foreign selling weighs (Reuters)

Reuters - The Nikkei share average closed below 15,500 for the first
 time in a month on Monday, declining 1.75 percent as Sony Corp.
 (6758.T) extended losses after a brokerage downgrade and as concerns
 about foreign selling weighed on shares across the board.

    Schering sets share buyback, lifts profit target (Reuters)

Reuters - Germany's Schering AG announced its biggest share buyback
 program to date and raised its profitability targets after a 30 percent
 rise in quarterly earnings, driven by strong sales of key drugs.

    Pledging continuity, Bernanke breaks with Greenspan (Reuters)

Reuters - New central bank chief Ben Bernanke last week used his first
 congressional appearance to pledge continuity with the Greenspan Fed,
 but broke with his famous predecessor by refusing to offer fiscal
 policy advice.
