The devil is in the detail. Facts and evidence. That is what the
indictments are all about. Four indictments, 91 counts. Not some

You've got it all wrong. Hamas does not recognize Israel as a state.
What they see is people occupying a land that is not their own.

And now the people who are occupying their land want them to leave

It would be akin to you moving out of your own home - because

And then when you refuse to leave - they blow it up - and build
a new house - for themselves.
