Hello Tobias.

On a related note I've noticed SOT/EOT lines from another Msged user have
get reorded so that they end up before the message text, and Msged for some
reason seems to strip out any blank lines after the EOT, so the text didn't
display accurately when I viewed it unless I switched on viewing of control
lines with Alt+V.

Jerry, I just noticed that something is reordering the control lines
(except for PATH) of your message causing it them to be placed at the top
of the message. Software probably shouldn't be doing this, as technically
it's modifying messages in-transit, but I checked the mail packet your
message arrived in and it's like that too. Normally this would be fine,
except the SOT/EOT proposal by Paul Edwards expects the message text to be
between the SOT and the EOT. SOT/EOT is another trial balloon that never
flew. For some reason my version of Msged (and probably yours, although
maybe only if you have Switch UseSOTEOT Off in msged.cfg) strips out all
the blank lines after the EOT. Potentially software that abides by Paul's
SOT/EOT proposal will consequently show your messages as being empty. So
my advice is to switch off SOT/EOT, at least until you can find out why
your control lines are being reordered and fix it.
