      Yep. That is pretty much a time-honored tradition across multiple 
administrations too. I think Carter was the first. Of course, before 
that it was the Japanese that were gonna kill us off economically for 
many of the same reasons and in many of the same ways.  Consistency in 
foreign policy, even if unreasoned.

 I know I tried my best to find something. It isn't exactly the most 
comfortable feeling after all this time (G).  Don't tell the guys on
