Yes, but it lists a moderator (gasp).  I think the problem is that somebody
decides (usually from Z1) to list an echo that has been around for a while, and
is no longer listed.  In a lot of cases it is no longer even on the backbone,
and thus not propogated.  However, some may still be using it in other zones,
not knowing that it was discontinued.
