AFP - Senior Serbian and Kosovo Albanian officials resumed delicate
 UN-mediated talks on the future of Kosovo, the last major unresolved
 question from the Balkan wars in the 1990s.

    China restarts high-level talks with Japan, but holds firm on war
     shrine (AFP)

AFP - China said it would hold its highest level talks with Japan in
 five months, but insisted it would not soften its stance on Japanese
