I have trouble remembering how to import and export files, and usually call 
SYSOP for instructions - again.
I've finally tried to get them written out and put in a HELP book so I don't 
have to keep calling

I was just posting the info for others on the echo.  I know there was a lot 
of interest some time back.  I will try and keep in mind that you have a set 
of written instructions.
