You may wish to go buy a proper shredder for your business.  When
you think of it, you discard a lot of stuff that in the wrong
hands could be bad for your business, like packing slips showing
how much stuff you bought last month, old bank statements and
other stuff.
Shredders start at about $100 in Canada and go up from there.
You may want to buy a good high security shredder which will last
for years.
Also instead of running print copies of letters and proof reading
them only to get them re-typed, consider proofreading online and
if possible, send out faxes from electronic text to save a
useless paper original that is fed to the fax machine then
discarded.
