The answer to Lou's Question about how an EMT treats this in the field is YOU 
DON'T !!!!!! You would have to be ALS certified to perform any of the 
treatments she disscused. But the treatment would be pretty much as she 
discribed it or as the M.D.'s orders at MEDICAL CONTROL. Call it in and take 
the monkey off your back and put it on the D.R.'s.  Jared Karayan Va State
