subject: Re: Microsoft troublshooting page needs troubleshooting

From: "Antti Kurenniemi"

I've noticed that, too. Also, there is a crash analysis page of a sorts
that has no information about the crash ever that I've seen. And, while
we're on the subject, has anyone ever, even once, been able to install a
device in Windows and have Windows find the drivers online, like it always
suggests? I keep trying that, hoping I won't have to do a search on the
manufacturers website, but so far out of the zillion installs I've done I
have 0, zero, none, where the driver was found online...
