I had this exact question and I found help in one of those "Windows-modify" 
packages floating around. I can't tell you exactly which one right now, but I 
think it was Kernel Toys from MS... or perhaps some S/W W95-tinker-thing.... 
look around at some sites and I'm rather sure you'll find it.
