The word "you" in the instance used pertains to "all".
Translated would mean "Does anybody doubt that?"

President Donald J. Trump made the claim that a vaccine would
quickly be found, which was refuted immediately afterwards.
This was during a live telecast the other day.

The Israeli claim (which I did note in this echo) was just as silly
as Trump's claim.  But hey.  Nothing new there.

I do feel sorry for you, not having the ability to understand
satire or humor.  But then, you are Belgian.

Oh.  One more thing.  When quoting someone else, do include
the entire relevant text, or portion of thread, so as not to
be deliberately misleading.
