I bought some pre-1964 90% silver US coins. There's something about the way
silver feels in your hand; the metal has a completely different feel to me than
new coins.

It's nice holding money that has a physical value to it.

I'm tempted to buy some for my 8-year old son but worried he might use them to
buy a toy out of a vending machine.   :)
