-> and solar panels over our garages and then plant wind turbines  
-> across the ridges that featured so large in "The Lord Of The  
-> Rings" trilogy... 
 
-> We also have this whacky MMP political system that gives the 3%  
-> Greens the casting votes on legislation,  and which binds the  
-> country to some truly nutty courses of action. 
 
-> Including disallowing nuclear-powered craft anywhere near our  
-> shores. 
  
Careful! This is a nuclear-powered message! A large fraction of the 
electricity we use here, including that which my computer is now using 
as I write and send this, comes from nuclear reactors. 
  
Maybe your Greens would like to forbid the arrival of nuclear-powered 
messages to your shores. And sunlight, too. The sun is a fusion 
reactor. 
  
But how come the Aussies want to import energy? 
  
Do people there know what a *dirty* technology the manufacture of solar 
cells is?
