As long as a submitted update uses the elisted password, it shouldn't
matter who updates it. LaCosta allowed it, no reason why that shouldn't be
continued. The only way for anyone else to hi-jack an echo is to know that
password or the elisting has expired, making it available for anyone to
elist. If a moderator allows it to go that long after an expiration, he
certainly doesn't have any further interest in the echo.
