subject: Mouse problem in graphic mode

Hullo All , hope you are having a nice day!!
I was working under 101h VESA mode (640x480, 256/256K colors).
I wanted to use the mouse, and I did the following:
I initialized the driver (AX=0000h, int 33h), and checked whether AX
returned with 0ffffh.... And it was Ok.
But when I tried to make the mouse pointer visible, (AX=0001h, int 33h),
the mouse didn't appear on the screen....
I don't know what's happening, and don't know if the mouse driver supports
the 101h VESA mode, either.
For a moment, I thought "Maybe the mouse pointer was not defined to a
arrow", but then I read in the "Int 33h specifications" that after using
function 0000h, the mouse pointer for graphic modes is defined to a
arrow....
Answers? :)
Thanx in advance! :)
