Yes, every user here has netmail access.  I wouldn't use it for this though
right now... there's a weird bug I have to talk to Kim about where netmail
messages to the echolist are showing up with lines chopped off.. and
usually right where the password goes :(

It could be related to copying/pasting instead of hitting  on
every line, more testing necessary.
