Wot man can make man can break.

E.g.

http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=38896

"THE LATEST, PATCHED version of the 'super secure' AACS next
generation DVD standard has been hacked already.

Only a week after the DVD Security Group smugly issued a patch fixing an
exploit that enabled hackers to get keys from the disk, hackers have
announced they have by-passed that. This time they seem to have used a
converted Xbox 360 add-on. According to Slashdot, the hackers on the Doom9
forum have patched the patch, making it more or less useless.

Although it has not been attempted for a Blu-Ray disk yet, the forums seem
to believe it is only a matter of time. "
