My mailer's editor views the nodelist slightly different.  For example,
when I press Alt-D, I get this:

  THERE    Las Brisas TX             1:397/22

  HERE!    Houma LA                  1:3828/7
 
If I used an external editor, such as timED/386, it would read from a
proprietary node index and dat file and you'd have to understand what you
are looking at.  My mailer simplifies that process.
