If you don't want to hear nobody can tell you the number.

In any case this disease is not dangerous if you keep safety 
precautions. The main problem in the world is that there are too many 
actually slave workers and they cannot stop working even if they get 
ill. Their owner make them work under the threat to be fired. These 
people are the main spreader of the any epidemic.
