If a problem comes up with an echo or moderator and he can't be reached at
the listed address, the echo will be purged or whatever is needed to solve
the problem. If a moderator can submit the update to begin with he should
be accessible, if submitted by proxy, same thing, I will act as I see fit.
No other way to manage things otherwise. ;-)
