The supposed nuke cloud is nothing of the sort. This is nothing more than a
festoon, which are common on Jupiter. Amateur astronomers are constantly
monitoring Jupiter and the other planets. Jupiter is probably the easiest
to image with webcams. Hoaxland used a blurry one but if you look here

You will see an October 15th image (4 days before the blurry one shown on
Hoaxland's site) of the same region, which is much higher quality. The same
festoon is clearly visible.
