Like Steven said it's a stronger formulation. Universally endorsed
by prospectors and other other people who actually live in the
bush.

Another effective, lesser known product, is Avon Skin So Soft.
Really. It has an aromatic component that, completely accidentally
and not by design, is an effective insect repellant.

It's not uncommon here for trappers and fishermen to go to Avon home
parties for a case of it.
