In re: to Thailand Marine Life:
It's so ridiculous to me that people are so destructive and greedy, look
at the California History for Gold mining, miners did alot of damage to
the hills, caused undue errosion-dynamiting and using hydraulic mining,
People do the same thing with fishing, they over fish-That's what
initially happened in Monterey, CA with the Sardine canning businesses.
Now they have diving, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium there, They ended
up making something good out of something bad..stinky, old wrotten
abandoned warehouses were all that was left after the canning businesses
pulled out of the area.  Now, people all over the world come to see the
"Monterey Bay Aquarium" and every spring there are 100's of dive classes
at the Coast Guard Jetty getting their open water testing completed
there.
 
But still it is really sad to know that Thailand has irreversable damage
to their reefs, that will probably never recover because people just
don't care.

Then my brother probably won't do it then, Because he is a newlywed, 2nd
marriage, His former Navigator from the Air Force introduced him to his
wife and my brother decided to relocate out to Alabama rather than
move her from everything she knows there out to California-So unless
they travel together(because he does get International passes)then my
brother won't leave her side.
 
 
As for me I'm just not happy here in California-I was born here, I've
seen it, I hate it-So I'm debating on moving out to the east coast-Like
what you said-JG>Bottom line is you are happiest when you are doing

So I just want to make myself happy for once, I've been the dedicated
daughter, the dedicated wife, Now, I'm divorced and I want to make just
me happy for a change, Do what I really want to do.

 spending a couple weeks in Thailand.  Next year may be China or
JG>visiting cousins in Europe.  (If you like travelling, make friends

I don't have any friends or relatives in other countries, But I was
talking to this girl from the gym I go to and she was telling me that
she is going to go to Europe probably in October and go to-France,
Ireland, and probably England for 3 months and if she finds a place she
likes she'll probably stay there.  Sounds like a great opportunity to
me. What do you think?
 
As for where you are sending from: How is North Carolina?  Is it
terribly hot? I'd sure like to see some of these other states, I was
born in CA, transfered to Colorado, Texas and L.A. while my father was
in the Military, then I've briefly visited family in Texas, Alabama and
Maine and Idaho plus I was taken by my ex-husbands family and a year
after won another trip to-HAWAII!!! But I too would love to see, Florida
maybe even go to school there to become a diving instructor and go to
school there, I've been playing with that idea for about 6 months now.
What do you think?
