      It does make sense in my opinion, when these nodes are geographically 
      close and share content in common that's not echoed to the other regions,

      for instance. 

      Zone 4 has more or less 6 active nodes, but has been experiencing growth,

      with many Sysops reactivating their systems.

      4 is better than 1, in my opinion :)
