Put a GOTO YESNO after the display command to see what's being passed
to blat as the email address.  You did switch out the two blat lines,
right?  uncomment the first one and comment the second.

 Still no go. Nothing gets sent out. What version of Blat do you use?
I've 
tried v1.9.4 and 2.2.2

 Perhaps it's the version of Validate itself that's wrong??
