After you stopped smoking, you went through the same thing I did.  The best
house here doesn't allow smoking except when the bar is open and smoking is
confined to that area, which is shut off from the rest of the house.  I
also bowl in a men's league at night and most of those guys smoke.  When
they can't resist the urge anymore, they step outside for a
"fix."  Holds up the game quite a bit, but most of us have been
there and understand.  We allow them a reasonable amount of time and then
we go get them.  If they don't come in right away, they forfeit.

Those houses are ones that probably allow smoking.  That's the only way the
owners can steer clear of breaking the law.
