How much RAM is in the server? Buslogic's VLB SCSI adapter runs quite ok here
in a 486DX2-66 with 64 Meg of RAM.
For a while we ran an Intel EtherExpress 16, replacing it with a 3COM 3C509TP
when adding MPR 3.0. There is also a Microdyne NE100I NIC in the server. HSM
3.30 modules and LAN drivers are now running in the server.

Check with www.buslogic.com. Their technical support people actually respond
helpfully also.
