 Y'all do know that there is said to be much untapped oil in places
such as Iraq? Oham well you know how it is folks you know how it is.
Yes. Okay. So anyway I was so happy 'they' didn't find oil under our
house in Fort Worth.

Did you know in the contract, you do not get to have mineral rights?
You may "own the house" and the yard, but you don't get to own what is
under it.
