Sure, simply right+click the title bar while the form is in Design mode,
choose Window Style, select the text in the title field region and then press

         If you want to "just get rid of the form name" in the
         title bar, follow the above procedure, but then add a
         single blank space in the window title field.  This will
         yield a form with a blank title bar.
