 You can have good publishing program as shareware. Try call a BBS and
 if he has an 'allfile' features that automatically upload for you the
 board list of files with description, you can select the file you need
 without online rush. Or try PublishIt v2.00. It is not shareware or
 either windows program but very inexpensive windows-like. If no luck
 call me...
