Right now I am playing catch up... there are currently some 400+ messages
here in this echo so I am taking the time to spend right here right now!!!!
I was wanting to get in here yesterday and the day before, but everytime I
came in here I just did not have the energy to persue what I wanted to do and
would have to go back and lay down again... no energy... seems I am fighting
an infections...and antibotics that I started yesterday seem to be doing the
trick already as I am feeling much better.... my breathing is better and the
pain in my back is almost gone... and I am definitly staying awake
more than 20 minutes at a time!
The move is continuing to go slowly but surely... I am excited for you!!!
the move to SD sounds like it will be a good change for you!
I am slowly quilting the Blocks of the Bible Quilt I am making... I am
machine quilting it, and I have made one mistake that for some reason I
can't seem to fix ... that's what I get for doing it in a brain fog..
... so I guess it is just going to be there forever... I am almost 1/2
done with it now... I am still hand quilting away on my wall hanging ... I will do that though when I am sitting around in the evening doing
my TV watching ...
I was looking at some of my machine quilting today as I was working on this
quilt and I was saying to myself, "well, it may not be perfect, or even close
to good, but it is mine and for that reason alone I "like" it!!!" It doesn't
matter to me if it is not perfect! Especially considering my poor motor
skills and lack of control on some functions... I think the machine quilting
I do comes out ok... it may not be anything special to write home about but
it is very servicable.... and my quilts are made to be servicable and used...
I keep trying to improve my skills, of course, and am as I go... but I will
never be one that can enter my quilts in contest ... but I
will always have fun quilting no matter what!!!
