We use VoIP (AFAIK) to the Greenville office but not outside.  Someone else
in the office has handle the phone system in the past as it was not
something I cared to support, but with VoIP I'm going to be involved.

They want internet phones, video conferencing, etc.  I am concerned about
the security or lack of it.
