Schumacher and Panis given race go-ahead

(12-Jul-98) - Ralf Schumacher and Olivier Panis have both been given the
go-ahead to start Sunday's British Grand Prix after passing the safety
tests that had cost them their places on the grid.

The two drivers had been unable to raise their knees enough in the cockpit,
a safety feature of the rules to help in the event of an extraction, and
both will have to start from the back of the field.
